Night Duty Manager – Resort Guest Experience & Safety

Job Description

Lost Shore Surf Resort in Edinburgh is seeking a Night Duty Manager to oversee out-of-hours onsite experience, handle queries, incidents, and ensure safe, timely resolutions.

The Day Duty Manager covers 7am-11pm, while Night Duty Managers oversee the quieter hours, ensuring handovers with the Day team are smooth. This role requires hospitality experience, strong organisation, and the ability to work solo during night shifts.
