Job Description

SPAR Fairfield is recruiting a Duty Manager to lead and support store operations across all hours. You will drive customer service, safeguard shop floor standards and assist the Store Manager to meet sales and profitability targets.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will manage and coach colleagues, handle cash and stock security tasks, and work to deliver Brilliant Basics and community engagement while adhering to company policies.
