As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. West Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership Physiotherapy Service ‘S HOSPITAL AT HOWDEN Unscheduled care – Community Rehabilitation Function Team Lead Physiotherapist- Band 7 (37 hours) Fixed Term – 10 months
We are looking for a highly motivated, HPC Registered Physiotherapist with strong leadership skills and specialist clinical experience to lead a community physiotherapy rehab team.
The post holder will work in an integrated MDT consisting of both health and social policy colleagues across both hospital and community settings.
As well as managerially and operationally leading a team of physiotherapists across a range of grades, the post holder will carry a clinical caseload and support a weekend rota.
Along with the lead Physiotherapist for unscheduled care the postholder will support development and change within service as required.
There is an active in-service training programme and a strong commitment to professional development of staff.
