Care Concern Group’s Dee View Court Neurological Care Centre in Aberdeen seeks a Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager to lead clinical teams with compassion and expertise. You will oversee governance, complex neuro care, and ensure high standards of person-centred care across day and night shifts.

You will mentor staff, support families and work with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, responsive care, aligned with Health and Social Care Standards and the home’s core values.
