Responsibilities:
- Act as an escalation point for technical issues across support and field teams
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot faults
- Support network configuration changes and software upgrades
- Maintain monitoring tools and network documentation
- Respond to and manage incidents and outages
- Ensure stable and reliable network services
Skills/Must Have:
- CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of IP protocols, routing (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, Ethernet, and firewalling
- Experience with vendors such as Juniper, Cisco, or Adtran (preferred)
- Background in telecoms, IT, or NOC environments
- Self-sufficient, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting

Salary:
- £45,000 – £55,000 salary + company benefits
