Responsibilities

  • Complete online training in accredited IT Support courses by CompTIA, Microsoft, and Cisco
  • Gain hands on practical experience with our Livelabs
  • Successfully pass the CompTIA A+ exams to earn official certifications
  • Work as an IT Technician for two years to gain experience before progressing to a Network Engineer role
