Job Description

Atos in Glasgow is seeking an experienced .NET specialist to provide 3rd line support for enterprise applications. You will monitor the ServiceNow platform, resolve incidents within SLA targets, and guide users on how to perform tasks.

You will implement fixes, maintain operations, and act as SME for ongoing initiatives, with handovers to client sites and occasional after-hours on-call support. The role requires strong C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, PowerShell, and excellent communication
