NHS National Services Scotland is seeking an experienced Neonatal Deputy Charge Nurse for their Neonatal Unit in Scotland. This role focuses on mentoring, teaching, and promoting best practices to support patient care. You’ll work closely with the Charge Nurse to ensure effective unit operations and the delivery of compassionate care.
