Neonatal Clinical Flow Lead

Job Description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is seeking a Band 7 Neonatal Clinical Flow Coordinator to lead neonatal services, optimise patient flow and bed capacity, and ensure timely access to high quality, family centred care. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to manage day to day operations and contribute to service development.

The role requires experienced neonatal nursing leadership, post registration neonatal clinical expertise, and a proactive approach to quality improvement and
