Scottish Federation of Housing Associations seeks a Housing Management Officer in Glasgow. Responsible for ensuring effective tenancy management services while engaging with the community. Key responsibilities include managing rent arrears, addressing anti-social behaviour, and preparing reports. This is a full-time temporary position (35 hours/week) with a salary of £42,707 to £46,895. Ideal candidates will have substantial customer service experience and knowledge of housing policy.
