Job Description

Capita is seeking a part-time Learning and Development Advisor/Coordinator based in Helensburgh, United Kingdom. In this role, you’ll support the Royal Navy with ongoing learning and development throughout their careers. You’ll promote access to a range of external learning opportunities and coordinate various development initiatives to enhance the training of sailors.
