Babcock is seeking a Shipbuild Completions Manager in Rosyth (Fife) with hybrid working. This full-time role focuses on leading the completion of complex naval programmes, delivering safety, efficiency, and top-quality workmanship.

You will manage operational completions, drive schedule adherence, and foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Security clearance is required; UK national status preferred.
