Museum Retail & Visitor Experience Associate

Job Description

V&A Dundee is seeking a Retail Assistant to place the visitor experience at the heart of every interaction. You will warmly welcome customers, share product knowledge, and guide purchases to connect the shop offering with the museum’s stories.

You will develop knowledge of items inspired by exhibitions and local makers, supporting sales and helping to ensure a high standards across the retail spaces. Training and team collaboration are a core part of the role.
