Salary: £43,000 – £48,000

Role Overview
An exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive engineering team in a busy manufacturing environment. The role involves electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding and maintenance
- Respond to breakdowns and complete planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades
- Work closely with production teams to improve safety and performance across the site
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault finding and maintenance skills
- Relevant engineering qualifications
- Experience working in a fast paced production environment
- Understanding of continuous improvement and reliability practices
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with conveyors, three phase, sensors, PLC’s
- Previous experience working as a maintenance engineer in the UK
- Knowledge of continuous improvement
