Job Description

Multi Skilled Engineer – Inverness – Salary up to £52,000
CBW have a new opportunity for an experienced Multi Skillled Egineer to join a leading facilities company. This role will be to cover all the Gas and Electrical PPMs and Reactive works across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for commercial combustion, heating and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive works issued
  • Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and related tasks.
  • To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops, and storage areas.
  • To undertake new installations, major and minor repair works to clients gas/heating systems.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant including basic electrical fault finding.
  • Ensure that all gas/heating equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria.

Person Specification:

  • COCN1 & 18th Edition essential (2391 testing & inspection desirable)
  • Must have experience working within a Facilities Management (FM) environment
  • Proven experience carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
  • Experience completing reactive maintenance works efficiently and safely

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary up to £52,000
  • Mon to Fri – 8am – 5pm
