Multi-Site Soft Services Manager – Lead, Deliver & Improve

Job Description

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an experienced Soft Services Area Manager to oversee multiple client sites in Glasgow. This hands-on operational leader will manage cross-site teams within Cleaning, Soft Services and Facilities Management, delivering service excellence across a busy portfolio.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight and excellent client communication, with a Monday-Friday schedule (evenings) and occasional weekend support. A full UK driving licence is essential.
