Multi-Site Facilities Contract Manager

Job Description

Apleona UK is recruiting a Facilities Contract Manager in Livingston to oversee a multi-site FM contract across six sites. You will manage three direct reports who supervise about seventy staff, ensuring cost centre P&L is managed and KPI targets are met while driving financial and commercial performance.

The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30. A UK driving licence is required and PVG/DBS/security checks apply. A competitive benefits package is provided.
