Brightwork Limited is seeking a Valuation / Residential Surveyor to join its property team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. The role focuses on managing valuation of a diverse high-value portfolio in line with RICS standards.

You will prepare and review valuation reports, conduct residential inspections, and ensure accurate, compliant documentation while coordinating with stakeholders across the public sector environment. Hybrid working arrangements apply.
