Barclays UK is seeking a Specialist Customer Care – Intermediary Mortgage Expert in Glasgow. This hybrid role blends inbound calls and live webchat to assist mortgage applications from start to finish, explaining policies and guiding clients through decisions with confidence.

During the 10-week training programme, you will attend the office full-time, then continue in a hybrid pattern with at least one day per week in the office.
