A well established UK engineering business is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their team covering Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. The company designs, installs and services specialist mobility and patient handling equipment, including Stairlifts. The role is field based and hands on, ideal for engineers who enjoy practical work, travelling independently, and solving problems on site.
The Role
Service, maintenance and fault finding of mobility and patient handling equipment, including stairlifts
Attending customer sites such as care homes, hospitals, and private homes
Diagnosing faults and performing repairs
Completing job reports and documentation
Delivering excellent customer service
Most work is carried out independently with full support from the engineering team.
About You
Experience in field service, installation, or maintenance engineering
Mechanical or electro mechanical fault finding skills
Comfortable working independently and managing your day
Strong problem solving and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
Engineers from stairlifts, mobility equipment, medical devices, white goods, vending machines, or other field service backgrounds will be considered. Full product training will be provided.

30,000 to 33,000 basic salary
