Mobile Vacant Property Inspector & Security Monitor

Job Description

First Response Group is seeking a Part-Time Vacant Property Inspection Officer to carry out scheduled inspections, access visits, and basic facilities checks across a portfolio of vacant and managed properties. This mobile role requires travel between sites and 24 hours per week of work.

The successful candidate will monitor security, health and safety, and compliance, recording findings and reporting issues promptly.
