Mobile Electrician Residential Lettings & Property Maintenance
Location: Primarily West End of Glasgow
Salary: Up to £38,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card
Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm
Start Date: Immediate

Are you an experienced Electrician looking for a steady, Monday-to-Friday role with no on-call requirements?
We re partnering with a reputable and long-established letting agency seeking a Mobile Electrician to support their residential maintenance team.
This is a mobile role, focused on delivering both planned and reactive maintenance services across a portfolio of residential properties mainly in Glasgow.
Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting EICRs, PAT Testing, and EPCs.

Performing a range of electrical repairs and maintenance tasks.

Working across both vacant and tenanted properties.

Maintaining accurate compliance documentation and reports.
What We re Looking For:

Suitable qualfiied 18th Edition Electrician.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Proven experience in residential maintenance or repairs.

A strong understanding of compliance requirements and meticulous paperwork skills.
