• Various Shift Patterns between 7:00am and 8:30pm
• £13.45 per hour
• Driver’s License Required (cover to be provided to other sites)

As a Relief Cleaning Operator with Sodexo , you will play a key role in maintaininga safe, clean, and welcoming environment across the site. This role providesessential cover during periods of absence, helping to ensure continuity ofservice and consistently high cleaning standards.

Youwill be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services acrossdesignated areas, ensuring all hygiene, health, and safety standards are met atall times. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable,flexible, and takes pride in their work, with a strong commitment tomaintaining exceptional standards.

What you’ll do:

• Carry out general housekeeping duties, ensuring all areas are cleaned to agreed SLA standards
• Support and assist in the day-to-day delivery of cleaning services, including team support where required
• Provide flexible cover across multiple sites and shifts, including holidays, sickness, and weekends
• Maintain a high level of awareness to protect site integrity, assets, and overall security
• Deliver excellent customer service, communicating in a polite, professional, and friendly manner, and handling feedback appropriately
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including health & safety, reporting incidents, and completing any additional tasks or training as required

What you bring:

• Previous experience in a similar cleaning or facilities role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Follows instructions accurately with a professional and positive attitude
• Well organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload
• Good understanding of site emergency procedures and health & safety requirements
• Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates discretion at all times
• Polite, courteous, and professional in all interactions
