Job Description
You will be working on the reinforcement of steel on a quayside for bracings.
The duration of the contract is approximately 3 weeks with working hours from Monday to Friday (40 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing MMA welding to reinforce steel structures.
- Ensuring all welding work meets the coded welding standards.
- Collaborating with the team to complete the bracing reinforcement task efficiently.
- Maintaining a high level of safety and adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conducting regular equipment checks to ensure safe and proper functioning.
Job Requirements:
- Coded Welder or previous standard of coded welding experience.
- Proficient in MMA welding techniques
- Strong attention to detail and precision in welding tasks.
- Effective communication skills to ensure clear interaction with team members.
- Excellent health and safety awareness
- Physically fit due to nature of the job
Rates:
- 27,50/h PAYE plus 3.32/h holiday pay which can be accrued or advance
- 36.83/h Umb co
