Welder MMA / MIG / TIG, £21 £25 Per Hour, Bridge of Allan, Stirling, Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting two experienced welders for a short-term, site-based project working on major infrastructure across Scotland. This role involves structural welding on the underside of bridge structures, requiring proficiency in MMA (Stick), MIG, and TIG welding in safety-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform MMA, MIG, and TIG welding on bridge support steel structures
- Work underneath bridge decks in varied site conditions
- Ensure all welding is completed to high structural and safety standards
- Interpret and follow technical drawings and site instructions
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Report any hazards, defects, or incidents immediately
Requirements
- Proven experience in MMA, MIG, and TIG welding
- Experience with structural steelwork or bridge projects (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of health and safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
