Job Title: Mig Welder
Location: Forfar
Start Date: 06/01/2025
Salary: £13.00 £18.00 p/h (Overtime at 1.5 basic rate)
Our client who is based in Forfar are looking for a MIG Welder with minimum 2 years
experience in steel welding. Established over 150 years ago our client distributes high
quality products to a global clientele.

What we need from you
• A minimum of two years experience in MIG welding
• Ability to perform MIG welding on steel components with precision and
efficiency
• To read engineering drawings and work with jig-based welding setups ensuring
accuracy and repeatability
• Maintain high standards of weld quality and adherence to safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work
• To inspect finished welds for defects and ensure they meet company
specifications
A weld test will be given at interview
