Job Description

Overview

This is a truly exciting opportunity for a Midweight Graphic Designer to lead and support a variety of cross discipline projects and become an influential member of a growing, highly talented team. The role requires a natural initiative taker with a strong creative vision who can communicate clearly and persuasively to clients.

Your Role

  • Support creative teams to produce their best work and continually push projects to the next level.
  • Adapt to different stakeholders, challenge creativity and processes, and improve the overall quality of delivery.
  • Design for print, events, web, virtual reality, and motion, bringing fresh, creative solutions to engineering, infrastructure, and architectural design projects.
  • Lead projects and ensure delivery is of the highest creative and technical standard.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working on medium to large scale mixed discipline projects and collaborating with digital teams.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong layout and typography skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, able to multitask across projects.
  • Commitment to high quality work and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships through creative leadership and proactive problem solving.
  • Passionate, driven, and willing to invest in the company’s vision and culture.
  • Work well under pressure and have a friendly, team player attitude.

Security Clearance

This role may require security clearance. Offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance through the United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) process. Candidates must provide proof of UK residence of five years or longer.
