MFD Refurbishment & IT Support Apprentice

Job Description

QA Limited in Edinburgh is launching a dedicated ICT refurbishment apprenticeship within our circular-first division. You will learn to log and track service calls, manage parts and stock, and gain hands-on experience in diagnosing and refurbishing MFDs.

You’ll work closely with engineers and use Vantage Online and MS Office daily. Starting with a structured coaching plan, you’ll develop core IT skills, pass assessments, and ultimately earn a nationally recognised SCQF Level 6 qualification.
