About you: We are looking for Excellent customer service skills Good written and verbal communications. Has the ability to explain offers and promotions. Technical and computer knowledge. Having an in-depth knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails, glass selection, wine pouring would be desirable. Register and process lawful admission into the casino and deal with administrative detail. Delivering excellent customer service in accordance with Double Diamond Gaming’s customer service standards.
