Member Engagement Lead – Community & Retention

Job Description

Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) is seeking a proactive Member Engagement Manager to join our collaborative team. You will develop and deliver engagement strategies, build strong relationships with members, and drive retention and value across UK networks.

You will lead targeted projects, manage multiple programs, and work with cross-functional teams to create high-quality member experiences while meeting ambitious KPIs and deadlines.
