Mechanical Mate (Outage Work)
Markinch, Fife
17th August – 30th August (Travel 16th August / Return 31st August)

We are currently recruiting 2 x General Operatives for a planned engineering outage at a major industrial site in Markinch, Fife.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced mechanical personnel to work on a short-term shutdown with attractive overtime rates.
Mechanical Scope
Successful candidates will support the removal, overhaul, and reassembly of a range of rotating equipment, including:
- Gearboxes
- Screw conveyors
- Conveyors
- Drive shafts
- Associated mechanical equipment
Requirements
Mechanical Mate
- Experience supporting mechanical maintenance or shutdown activities
- Good practical skills and willingness to assist the mechanical team
- Physically fit and safety conscious
Essential
- Valid CCNSG Safety Passport
- Confined Space certification desirable (basic online training can be provided if required)
Pay Rates
- First 39 Hours: 18.90 per hour
- Over 39 Hours: 22.68 per hour
- First 4 Hours Saturday: 25.52 per hour
- Saturday Afternoon & Sunday: 33.08 per hour

Project Dates
