Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Troon, Ayrshire

Salary: £48,000 plus Benefits

Shift: 4 on, 4 off (Days & Nights)

Job Role of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

You will be responsible for carrying out mechanical maintenance, fault finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of industrial production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

Sector – Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

  • Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Hands on experience with pre planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a factory.

Requirements for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

  • Experience of working with hydraulics, pneumatics, chains, belts and bearings.
  • Recognised mechanical engineering qualification.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Some electrical skills.

Desirable Requirements for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

  • Welding, Machining or Farbrication experience.
