Job Description
FINTEC recruit is seeking a Mechanical Fitter working day shift, in providing maintenance and mechanical support within a large industrial/manufacturing facility in Highland region. You will be work Monday to Friday 42 hours per week, with salary starting at £39,500 rising to circa £43,900 after initial probation, plus benefits and any overtime paid at enhanced rates.
Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance/mechanical support, ensuring reliability of equipment
- Liaison with other departments to ensure safe and efficient running of the facility
- Identifying and implementing improvements
Skills and Experience required for the Mechanical Fitter role:
- Hold City & Guilds / ONC qualification or similar in a mechanical discipline who has completed a 4-year apprenticeship
- Have previous experience in a similar role
