Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a Maternity Support Worker to join the team at The Balfour in Kirkwall. You will provide essential care and support to women and families during pregnancy and postnatal periods, working under the guidance of registered midwives.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, previous experience in a support worker role, and an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. In addition to an attractive pension scheme, you’ll benefit from a competitive salary with a Distant Islands Allowance.
