Serco is seeking a Master to lead the safe and efficient command of our vessel within the Maritime North – BUTEC Operations team. You will guide colleagues and clients with confidence and care, contributing to reliable marine operations that support regional communities.

You will ensure compliance with flag and class requirements, prepare for voyages, oversee safety committees, manage documentation, and champion high standards of hygiene and safety onboard.
