Masking Operative, £29,321.76 + 10% Shift Allowance, Rutherglen

Responsibilities:
- Produce components in line with delivery targets, schedules, and cost requirements
- Complete job cards accurately with all relevant process information
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the work area
- Report equipment issues promptly to the maintenance team
- Record and maintain work-related data accurately
- Pack finished goods using appropriate protective materials
- Support colleagues through teamwork, training, and induction activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with planning and forecasting within the work area

Shift Pattern (Two-Shift Rotation Once Trained):
Early Shift: Mon Thu 6:00am 2:00pm, Fri 6:00am 1:30pm
Back Shift: Mon Thu 2:00pm 10:00pm, Fri 2:00pm 9:30pm
