Role Overview

As a Marketing Business Partner for the Industry & Infrastructure Division covering the UK & Nordics, you will partner local business to shape and deliver marketing strategies and campaigns that support the business priorities and growth. You develop and execute tailored marketing plans with the Marketing Hub specialists, brand, business and sales, ensuring alignment with divisional strategy and regional priorities.

Main responsibilities incl. deliverables

  • Partner operational units through a customer and market-oriented approach and align marketing initiatives with business priorities, revenue targets, and market expansion plans.
  • Provide comprehensive advice on all marketing activities, develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to the regional business needs.
  • Leverage market data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to provide regional insights for product marketing strategies, positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans.
  • Adopt, adjust or develop a marketing, communication and content strategy for the target market(s) based on a value proposition and localisation level, aligned with the divisional and other regional BPs.
  • Adapt or develop regional marketing campaigns and collaborate with the Marketing Hub specialists to ensure execution.
  • Track and analyse marketing KPIs and regularly report on effectiveness of campaigns, programmes and initiatives, ensuring optimisation.
  • Collect and leverage customer feedback to continuously enhance marketing efforts and keep the approach responsive to customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing Hub teams, business, sales and other functions to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and work globally with other BPs to identify synergies and cross-regional efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing, business administration, communication or a comparable field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ professional experience in strategic marketing, preferably in a B2B environment or agency work.
  • Strong marketing skills in strategic marketing, omnichannel campaign planning, and content marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, technologies, and analytics.
  • Experience in complex B2B or technical service environments.
  • Proven ability to work in an international business environment and manage stakeholder demands.
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach with high-quality standards.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, flexible, adaptable with a high level of initiative.
