Job Description

Lead Manufacturing Specialist – Material Planning and Execution

As a Lead Manufacturing Specialist – Material Planning and Execution you will be dedicated to ensuring on time delivery from launch to customer. You will play a key role in the manufacturing plan, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials, and scheduling according to production needs. You will use in depth knowledge of concepts, methods and procedures to support the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

  • Convert demand plans into orders and interpret business trends.
  • Analyze incoming demand to identify exceptions and optimize inventory use.
  • Plan and schedule orders to meet customer needs.
  • Perform material management analyses and implement inventory stocking strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams across the site to prioritize delivery dates.
  • Manage material processes and procedures within Services.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
  • Strong work experience in material management.
  • Understanding of foundational Oracle and MRP functionality.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and influence cross functional decisions.
  • Execution of tasks with tactical focus and urgency.
  • Demonstrate professional characteristics and industry knowledge.
  • Permanent work permit in the UK.

Work Arrangement

This role demands four days working from the office and one day from home (remote). Ideally, the candidate will work from the office five days a week.
