Job Description

DS Smith Livingston is seeking an ambitious Shift Manager to lead one of our production shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing site. You will drive safety, quality and productivity while developing a high-performing team and upholding DS Smith’s standards.

You will manage start-up meetings, safety briefings and performance reviews, and collaborate with Supply Chain and Planning to maximise service levels and OTIF.
