Job Description

Thistle Seafoods Ltd in Uddingston is looking for a Production Supervisor to assist in running the factory. Responsibilities include overseeing production, resolving staffing issues, and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to motivate and lead factory operatives. Normal work hours are 45 hours per week, with shifts varying according to business demands.
