Job Description
Our client is a market leading, high growth specialist service sector company and they are now looking to recruit a Management Accountant / Finance Manager to join their head office team based in Oakham.
The role will report to the Finance Director and will be a key member of the Senior Management team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Utilize accounting software to streamline financial operations and reporting.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Experience of supporting in business cases/feasibility study for acquisitions/company expansion projects UK/globally.
