Maintenance Technician

Job Description

An opportunity has arisen at our Dales base for a Maintenance Technician who will repair and maintain Repsol property portfolio Dales Base in Peterhead. The duties will include carrying out maintenance and repairs to buildings and ground operated by Peterson, maintain records for all PPM checks, carry out refurbishments, prepare job scopes for contractors and schedule and supervise onsite contractors to ensure adherence to permit conditions .
The successful candidate should have maintenance/joiner experience and a strong health and safety work ethic, as well as be familiar with Microsoft Office.
Basic plumbing and working knowledge of building electrical is desirable but not essential. It is important for this role to be motivated and able to work under your own supervison.
