HC-One – Quayside is seeking a Maintenance Operative to ensure residents live in a proactively inspected and well-maintained environment. The role covers maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping with emphasis on safety and records. You’ll carry out repairs from taps to wallpaper, and contribute to a caring, respectful team.
