Maintenance Manager – Injection Moulding Plant Lead

Job Description

Owen Daniels in Larkhall is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance engineers and drive maintenance strategy for injection-moulding production lines. The role is permanent and based on-site, with a Monday-Friday schedule and a half-day finish on Fridays.

The successful candidate will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, mentor the team, and ensure adherence to RAMS, PTW and safety standards across shifts.
