Maintenance Coordinator – Care Home & Facilities

Job Description

St Philip’s Care in the UK is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the day-to-day running of a busy residential care home. Reporting to the Care Centre Manager, you will perform maintenance on the fabric of the building, its services and grounds to keep the home safe, efficient and functional.

The role requires decorating, energy monitoring, health and safety record keeping, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies.
