Maintenance Assistant – MOXY Edinburgh
Contract: part-time, including weekends.
Gross salary: £13.13 per hour.
We seek a technically skilled caretaker to maintain the hotel’s high technical standards and quality. Responsibilities include controlling and monitoring ventilation and heating systems, executing weekly sprinkler tests, operating the MSR, implementing small repairs and painting work, supervising manual work during commissioned projects, and reading meter readings.
What we expect from you
- Training in handicrafts or industry
- Fit for load capacity
- Technical and manual understanding
- Control and monitoring of ventilation and heating systems
- Execution of the weekly sprinkler test
- Operation of the MSR
- Implementation of small repairs, small painting work and maintenance work
- Control of manual work and handicrafts during commissioned work
