Machine Shop Inspector – Motherwell
We’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Inspector to join a manufacturing client in Motherwell on a permanent basis.
To be successful in this role, we believe you will:

Be a qualified/time-served welder (City & Guilds, HNC, Apprenticeship or the equivalent within a relevant discipline)

Have 3+ years’ work experience within a fabrication position within a manufacturing environment

Be able to work on your own initiative and make decisions
-
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally

Understand, discuss and read engineering drawings
-
Have strong IT skills, specifically including Microsoft Office and SAP (and/or similar)
-
PCN Level 1/2 for NPI and UT is highly desirable
This is a Monday-Thursday dayshift role 18.45ph.
