NHS Grampian Charity exists to enhance the health and wellbeing of people across Grampian by investing in projects, services and activities that complement, but do not replace, NHS provision. As we continue to develop our strategy and strengthen how we invest charitable funds, we are recruiting a Grants Manager to join our growing team.

The Role

The Grants Manager is a senior role responsible for leading the management and development of the Charity’s grant funding programmes. You will ensure that all grant making is robust, transparent and legally compliant, supporting best practice in charitable governance.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading the end-to-end grants process, from application through to decision-making and monitoring
  • Managing grant systems, data and reporting
  • Line-managing grant staff
  • Working closely with colleagues and Trustees to ensure charitable funds deliver maximum impact and public benefit

About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to improving health and wellbeing through effective charitable investment. Experience within the NHS, health or charity sector is highly desirable.
