Job Description

Fairmont St. Andrews is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the Sales team in St Andrews, Scotland. You will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to research potential clients, analyze markets and coordinate marketing and exhibition activities.

Key duties include processing enquiries, managing diaries, preparing proposals, invoices and contracts, and handing over client files to the Events Department. Strong admin skills and hospitality knowledge are essential.
