As the Logistics Manager at Envalior, you will keep the plants running by ensuring that materials are there on time and ready to go to the next location. Additionally, you’ll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new methods and materials to contribute to our values and mission.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

• Collaborate across teams, fostering an inclusive and innovative environment.
• Prioritize safety, adhering to protocols and preventing unsafe situations.
• Explore new materials and technologies to contribute to sustainability efforts.
• Drive initiatives aligned with Envalior’s commitment to a sustainable future.

• Responsible for inventory control for raw materials and packaging materials by conducting periodic stock counts and managing inventory through MRP/SAP, ensuring that stock levels are maintained to support planned production volumes demanded by sales.
• Responsible for production scheduling based on Sales Demand and MRP/SAP planning, ensuring alignment with Finished Goods inventory targets. This includes coordination with the production team, the SCM Manager, and the MPS planner to meet customer demand effectively.
• Manage the customer complaints logistics by leading meetings with a multidisciplinary team to discuss investigations, managing the complaints system, and ensuring customer satisfaction as well as compliance with internal targets.
• Brazil sponsor for raw materials at GVCC monthly meetings, providing valuable insights to the SCM team and focusing on anticipating potential gaps in the global supply chain.
• Focal point for raw materials in Brazil about negotiating the best option and location from where our goods will be purchased, always looking for financial benefits.
• Managing the logistics team during the monthly meetings about our current status, challenges, improvements, gaps, and drive the team to meet the targets.
• Maintain all Bill of material updated in SAP according to the guidance of R&D.
• Leadership experience is required.
• The ability to read, write, and speak English is required.
• SAP and Power Point experience is required.
• Experience with Celonas, PBI, and Excel is preferred.
• Experience with Import and Export is a plus!
• Must be on site at least 3 times a week, after training. (Option to work from home the other 2 days!)
